About us

A drone view of the Bill House

The Bill House is part of Park Group, which was founded by Lawrence and Diane Alexander more than 35 years ago. Lawrence and Diane met through nursing before becoming husband and wife and deciding to start a business based on their passion for care. As a result, care and nursing have been built into the fabric of the company since the very start, along with a special focus on individuals with dementia. Over the following decades, they built Park Group into a nationally-recognised company, managing homes all over the south of England, with a reputation for excellence, care and consideration.

The Bill House

Our home

The Bill House is Park Group’s jewel in the crown, a state-of-the-art south coast care home built within a magnificent Arts & Crafts property overlooking the English Channel. Located in Selsey, the Bill House is amongst the best care homes in West Sussex.

The Bill House has undergone a multi-million pound renovation, with a focus on wellbeing and quality of life, using the knowledge and expertise Park Group has built up over more than three decades in care. Our south coast care home features state of the art facilities, idyllic surroundings, and tranquil gardens, creating a peaceful haven for all our residents.

We take pride in the exceptional care we provide, and are dedicated to working with our residents and their families to ensure our care is tailored to the needs of individual residents, providing peace of mind for all.

    Meet the team

Park Group is a family business through and through. As Lawrence and Diane reached the end of their careers, they handed over day-to-day operations to their sons, Oliver, Adam and Sven, who grew-up seeing first-hand the devotion and attention to detail needed to provide exceptional care. In this new phase, the company is focusing on a handful of extraordinary, one-of-a-kind properties, including The Bill House.

He is hugely experienced in all aspects of mental health, with a particular focus on working with the elderly. She has a diploma in facilitator styles, a teaching certificate and an honours degree in further education. Oliver Alexander

Amanda has been a registered manager for more than five years prior to joining the Bill House.” I have a commitment to the well-being of both residents and staff alike. I pride myself on being approachable, so I welcome all ideas from staff, residents and families to ensure all are involved in decision making to foster a great culture within our care home.”
